Reform of higher education in Ukraine as an insuperable issue

The article is devoted to the issues of reform of higher education: the principles of transfer to the creative higher education and alternative methods of teaching are offered. The main principle is a choice of a student, curriculum and time sheet is built based on it. Selection of teachers is made according to the rating, index of quoting and the list of works.
