Some Issues of Adaptation of the Legislation of Ukraine concerning the Indication of Origin of goods according to the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) in the Context of European Integration

The article deals with the problematic issues of assessment, registration procedures and conditions
for the legal protection of the indication of origin of goods under the laws of Ukraine and the European Union. The article reveals the key areas of adaptation, describes the modern needs of the science
and practice in the research part. The ways of solving problems of the national legislation in terms
of non-compliance of its provisions with the Treaty TRIPS are proposed.
