Implementation of the European Union Action Plan on Visa Liberalization for Ukraine

Key steps of implementation of the EU Action Plan on Visa Liberalization for Ukraine are studied. Main stages of conducting the EU’s dialogue on visa liberalization for citizens of Ukraine are highlighted.
A number of laws adopted in the first (legal) phase of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalization are analyzed. The priorities and methods to implement them on the path to full implementation of the second (Implementation) phase of the visa dialogue are identified. The second phase of the visa dialogue concerns document security, illegal immigration, public order, security and foreign relations.
