Formation of political science of international relations: political science of international process

The political science, for all that blames that traditionally are being addressed to the social humanities, can be considered as one of the most important sciences. In addition, it will become obsolete only if the politics will disappear as a separate segment of public relations. This segment is crucial because it relates to stability, safety, order, in other words basic values of social interaction. The politics has come up together with the first human communities and accompanies humanity in its historical evolution, complicating and developing along with the other subsystems of the social system.
