Today it is clear that the entry of an independent Ukraine significantly changed the geopolitical situation in Europe and Eurasia region. In its turn, the organized space of the united Europe created for new independent states the scale of progress, in light of which the establishment of Ukraine in Europe imperatively requires priority of solving the issues of political development, developing optimal and effective approaches to the formation of foreign policy aimed at strengthening the position of Ukraine in Europe and in the world, effective use of the latest achievements of science and technology, the revitalization of human resources, formation of strategies of innovative development, etc.
