Using of the mathematical methods as a means of optimizing the usage of punishment of the under ages: criminal-legal aspect

The use of punishment to minors depends on many factors, including the quality of legislation and its interpretation technique, and subsequently usage. Now law enforces face a number of problems of legislative character when choosing the measure of punishment of the under age or relief from punishment, and its service of sentence. However, it should be noted, that sometimes the reasons of the inefficient usage of punishment to minors lie up not in the law as such, but in ambiguous and non-systematic understanding of criminal law and penal terms.
