Problem aspects of the legal regulation of employment of the citizens of Ukraine abroad

The right to work is one of the most important fundamental rights in the system of rights and freedoms of a man and a citizen, because thanks to this right a person can create the necessary conditions of accommodation and financially support for himself and his family. Therefore, the duty of the state is to guarantee appropriate conditions and employment opportunities for all categories of citizens and fair wages. But the political instability, difficult economic situation within the country, the collapse or bankruptcy of enterprises that cannot resist competition lead to the opposite effects - increasing of unemployment, average wages of Ukrainians do not meet the real needs of citizens.
