Public danger of the audio stimulators: criminal law analysis

One of the modern dilemmas that significantly imprints on the political, economic and social relations is appearing of various audio services in the global web ("digital drugs”, 3D-sounds audio hypnosis etc) that give an opportunity to get, as manufacturers assure, satisfaction and to treat certain diseases. Unfortunately, out of attention of the scientists and law enforcement is the issue of public safety of the above mentioned phenomena, their real impact on the health of population. The problem of arising of the digital drugs, which are one of the most popular of the novelties, - (hereinafter – audio stimulators) is particularly popular among today's youth.
