Legal principles of participation of public organizations in exercising public control

Effective organization of activity of organs of executive power depends foremost on the effective public inspection. In any case modern approach to the problem of creation of the state foresees system introduction of forms of participation of citizens in all spheres of state administration.

Participating of citizens in exercising control over the activity of organs of executive power is one of forms of exercise of citizens’ constitutional rights. The citizens of Ukraine have both the constitutional right to participate in the administration of sate affairs in accordance with article 38 of the Constitution of Ukraine and show great interest in the exercise of this right.
