There are all reasons to assert that the Constitutional Court, while being persistently improved and getting over all barriers, has confidently acquired the status of independent and influential arbiter. Now it occupies the authoritative niche in the system of organs of public authorities and plays a key role in the development of the legal state.

In the future the Constitutional Court has to operate as an institute which performs not only tolerance creating functions, but also induces public authorities to act with the sense of responsibility and meet all requirements of the Constitution.
