Justice as the establishment of an all mankind justice

Approved in 1996 Constitution of the independent Ukraine has not just fixed the key principles of operation of a legal state: it defined the principles of distribution and operation of major powers, including the judicial system which, taking the conditions of development of the society into account, had to protect the human and citizen rights and freedoms effectively and reliably, to solve current disputes exclusively through the comprehensive and impartial trial. In this context it was determined that the proceedings in the state are made by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and courts of general jurisdiction (Part 3 of Art. 124), the highest judicial body of the latest is the Supreme Court of Ukraine (Part 2 of Art. 125) which administers justice and ensures uniform application of law by all courts of general jurisdiction.
