From propaganda to “PR” or Under what conditions a career fair becomes a fair of demand?

Due to the gradual transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the contract basis the issue regarding the improvement of advertising campaigns in the interest of national defense becomes of current importance.

During the Youth Career Fair in Odessa which presented more than 60 organizations and enterprises of the region I had the opportunity to communicate with employees of the 172-th territorial manning center of contract soldiers of Odessa Regional Military Commissariat which has been participating in such events for several years.
