Cultural rights and freedoms of a human-being and citizen: concept and essence

Difficult and contradictory process of transformation of all sides of public life, which is presently taking place in Ukraine, requires theoretical comprehension, research of place and role of the state and right in it. Social and economic relations in our country determine innovative aims and tasks in the sphere of state and law creation. Legal science is called to play an active role in the argumentation of these processes, and also in the development of their theoretical platform. Its top priority problems include the necessity in deep study of the constitutional cultural rights and freedoms of a human-being and citizen in their social expression, genesis and in the context of social connections.
