Methodology of judicial cognition in cases related to the harsh treatment with children

Issue of juvenile justice for already long time has been within sight of research workers and practical workers, the complex of national approach to the settlement of extraordinarily important problems during the realization of suggestions has not been observed, though. Substantial legislative amendments of the present year testify the creation of the proper terms for application of the European standards in the legal proceedings of Ukraine in relation to minors (both those who have problems with the law and victims).
