Historical Background of Modern Conception of Human and Citizen Rights

Development of conception and in the future both the theory of rights and freedoms of man and citizen took place during a protracted period of time.
The doctrine of human rights requires permanent perfection in connection with dynamic of processes in the social environment itself. The changes in the theory of human rights represented forwardness of development of dominating conception of power relations in the society, and also difference in the views of dominant (dominating) part of society on correlation of requirements of people and possibilities of their satisfaction. Historical aspects open possibilities for the subsequent comprehensive study of the processes related to the appearance and approval of rights and freedoms of a person and citizen.
