Law Creating Technology in German Federal Republic

Being in Germany, we pay attention to the fact that there are no arguments concerning the content of laws and their coming into force.
In this article we want to analyze the way the principle of supremacy of law is secured in Germany. Such research is of current importance for Ukraine. Now in our country the arguments concerning the content of laws and their practicability don’t disappear. All the time the question rises about the amendments to the Principle Law and even about the drafting and adoption of the new Constitution. And it is constantly discussed in newspapers and in other mass-media.
