EU – Ukraine: Energy Dependence

Energy constituent is an important part of foreign policy of any state. This sphere is especially important for political and economical independence under the conditions of globalization. Energy safety depends on internal sources, balance of export/import of energy, structure of inflows and consumption, geopolitical and internal stability. Relevance of the problem of energy supply is shown by international conflicts which appear with energy feedstock and its delivery.
