Language and Nation as Important Factors of Safety of the State

Considerable part of events which took place in the world during the last decades was connected with the disintegration of some state creations. That is with the disappearance of old and formation of new states, and also with the appearance of such states which presently are in the conditions of disintegration threat. All this states: certain changes are taking place in the organism of world community. In accordance with the theory of recurrence of development, it is possible to assume that the world community has entered into the new stage of development. Therefore the mentioned thing requires comprehension of reasons which caused the appearance of the abovementioned phenomena and also possible negative consequences in the future both for the states and their safety in particular, and for the world community on the whole.
