The world crisis exists for now – it’s a fact, but it’s too early to discuss the universe scale one – before we know that life on the Mars exists. But. Watching the Parliament’s work, it is quite understandable, that any kind of cooperation inside of the union means opposition and we can only see the result in different situations.
