Olena Shcherbakova – the director of the driving school in the Donetsk region organization of the Ukrainian association of drivers. She got used to reach every single goal by herself, without any help from the outside. By the way – Olga Lylypivna before had become the first woman that occupied the director’s chair in the driving school. And now she is doing this for 35 years – controlling the company, hat she has created by herself. In her work, she managed to achieve things that some male representatives can only dream about.
