Donetsk Law Institute is Changing the Philosophy of Studies

During the past four years the transformations in the Ukrainian state have touched all spheres of vital activity. Aspiration of Ukraine to maintain the providing of rights and freedoms of people requires corresponding building of relations between the state and the law enforcement authorities, militia and citizens. Preparation of future human rights defenders has to correspond to all realities of the present time and in all directions. In order to find out information about the education at the specialized educational establishment of the system of the MIA, about the questions of current importance and the prospects of education of law defenders of contemporaneity we decided to speak to the head of Donetsk Law Institute (DLI), candidate of sciences on state administration, associate professor, honorable lawyer of Ukraine, Militia Colonel Viktor BESCHASTNYI.
