Tariff “Easy things”

All national mobile operators, advertising the tariff proposals often put unnoticeable mark near the cost of services – the asterisk (*). Additional terms unpleasant for user are usually hidden there: increase of cost of the first minute of talk, pay for connection and so on. As a result the cheapest and the most advantageous tariff plan loses its charm and becomes no better than the plans of competitors.

The pre-election programs of parties have to be alike tariffs as well, but they have to contain complete description of model of development of the state, including the information about the increase of tariffs or level of inflation. Instead of that political forces use more beautiful words than the real proposals. If they provided services of mobile communication, a tariff plan would be of such kind: “The price on calls is worth of you, moderate pay for SMS, high-quality services which provide valuable communication”. Where figures were presented, the asterisk near every figure should be introduced, as all promises will become reality, because promises will come true, only if one be able to increase the filling of the state budget.

Thought efficient ideas make their way through verbal “smoke”, as the competition is not in the game “who will pay more to population during electoral “campaign”, but in approaches to modernization of economy and improvement of life.

Time of promises of abstract “worthy salary or pension”, the pictures of which is different for everybody, has gone away. Strategic task of any power is the improvement of life and it should be provided by succession, invariability of the course in this direction. Presently it is not a problem to check within a minute, using electronic databases, whether a party changed its pre-election tariffs, whether it fulfills its responsibilities, whether it is successive. And the most important thing is that they should learn to find a consensus between opposition and majority and work without the asterisks mentioned above.
