The problem of legislation efficiency and a modern development

Democratic changes demand a harmonious development of the economic, political and legal systems. An important role in this process is played by the improvement of legal mechanisms and facilities and foremost the efficiency of legislation. And even more such estimating category as our life quality depends from realization of legislation efficiency.

The problem of legislation efficiency, its effectiveness may and must be examined in a few planes. Here must be taken into account an internal, national and external aspect, even outward integration related to implementation in the legislation of Ukraine of international standards.
