Does the Medical Reform Hold Promise?

Parliamentary listening “On Health Protection Reform in Ukraine” once again testified: the Ministry of Health and relevant Committee of the Verkhovna Rada continue being at loggerheads. Because of different vision of the strategy of reforms, we can hardly count on legislative and any other collaboration between them.
