What “stone” was Neglected by “the Builders” of National Anticorruption Policy?

Today Ukraine is one of the most corrupted countries of the world. And it is so without regard to that it conducts, probably, the most active “fight” against corruption in the world. Why does it happen so? Maybe, because this “fight” is wrong, unreal or anti-scientific, isn’t it? This is a fake fight. This is the problem, the solution of which has a fateful significance for modern Ukrainian society.

By the way, in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which already for over twenty years has been chronically not sufficiently financed, and which is directly accused of parasitizing on budgetary funds by current Prime Minister of Ukraine, the employees of V.M. Koretsky Institute of State and Law develop culture­repressive conception on the crime prevention, including corruption related crimes.
