The state does not become independent due to proclamation only

We decided to dream up: if present deputies appeared in the Ukrainian parliament of the first-ever convocation, probably, they would not make fatal mistakes and Ukraine would go another way. It could go the way which was chosen by the post-Soviet countries of Central Europe and Baltic. Political consultants teach politicians not to answer the question like “what would you do, if…”. But we tried. However, first we asked about main achievements and miscalculations for the years of independence of Ukraine.
