The commitment towards Minsk agreements still has to be proved

Ceasefire, exchange of captives and elections by the standards of OSCE – these three themes are crucial during negotiations on the peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbass. “Completed. That is, according to the head of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, the outcome of a meeting of foreign ministers of the “Normandy Four” held on June, 22, in Paris. It appears that Kyiv managed to convince western partners in impropriety of their recent proposals of the so-called possible soft review of the Minsk agreements.
