Information society as a network-communication space of control

The article studies the influences of the network systems of communication in the process of globalization on horizontal and vertical segments and structures of the society. It is proven that the networks can act like social institutes and dictate the settlement of any social problems, and at the same time they can depend on socio-economic and political situation in the country and the world in general.
The authors of the research underline that the network principle captures all more spheres, in particular, it shows itself vividly in the development of management and marketing, education, culture, business, media, etc. The role of network structures in the country and, in particular, in the administrative management is priceless.
At the same time structure-network communication systems may not have permanent the only accurate organization. Though, it does not affect the connections between them and their cooperation.
The authors also pay attention to that the network systems challenge a stereotype that it is impossible to control freedom, and they prove the opposite: these systems can control, they can even program a choice and manipulate the consciousness. They come to the conclusion on the development of such phenomenon as the controlled freedom that can carry the hidden threat in itself which should be prevented.
