Visa-free regime: contra spem spero

A symbolic event for Ukrainian foreign policy - the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga will be held by the end of the May. In the last year autumn our officials claimed that at the Riga Summit visa regime between Ukraine and the EU will be liberalized.
We tried to figure out whether to hope for such a decision.
