Heavy, victorious and sacrificial path to victory

Opponents of the celebration of the Victory Day consider the excessive price that people paid for the triumph of Stalin. In particular they emphasize on the antagonism of fundamental interests of Ukrainians, who sought sovereignty and a social justice, and the Bolshevik regime that sought absolute domination in the country and on the vast Eurasian space. And the fact that there was no improvements after the war (comparing standards of living of winners and defeated), is positioned as the last convincing argument.
