Will decentralization take place till autumn?

There is a regular intrigue in the political arena. Prospects of the constitutional reform, which is a pre-condition to the local election which will be held in October, 2015 in the country, depend on the algorithm of the amendments to the Constitution.

Let’s hope that even taking into account the anxious situation in the East of the country, deoligarchization and loud corruption scandals, the state authorities will manage to unite and make difficult and single option decisions.
