Pensions before and after April 1

This year brought many changes in the pension legislation of Ukraine. They were originally due to innovations approved by the state budget for 2015 and other legislation. Later on March 2 the Parliament voted to the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on pensions.”
The correspondent of Ukrinform asked Director of pensions department of Pension Fund of Ukraine Iryna Kovpashko to answer the most pressing questions for Ukrainian.
