Effectiveness of Charitable Activity’s Legal Regulation

Effectiveness of charitable activity’s legal regulation is proved to be a component of its quality and efficiency. The effectiveness of a law is a set of real, positive changes taking place within the society as a result of implementation of the relevant law. The necessity to exempt charity support from taxation in order to ensure development of charitable activities and satisfy public interests is grounded.
