Revisiting Legal Activity as a Characteristic of Civil Society

Studying of the phenomenon of legal activity of members of the civil society during the period of democratic transformations becomes one of the vectors of current researches. In particular, estimation of correlation between the legal activity and legally significant conduct, studying of the role of people’s legal consciousness as a source of law, consideration of formation of the legal world view of an individual endowed with social freedom are the focus of scrupulous attention of many scolars.
