International criminal justice: individual approach

“Crimes against the international law are carried out by people, and not by abstract subjects, and the observance of regulations of the international law can be provided only on the basis of punishment of physical persons who committed such crimes”, – it is marked in the text of decision of the Tribunal in Nuremberg on October, 1, 1946, which was the first in the international legal practice to state the principle of individual criminal responsibility of a person.
