Democracy and constitutional process in Ukraine

The events of the last two months in Ukraine became serious reason for the reflections of ordinary citizens and authorities, politicians, journalists and scientists-sociologists about the fate of the country.

One long ago known in theory feature of the revolutionary situation appeared during these events which states: “bottoms” do not want to live the same life, and “higher-ups” cannot rule the same way. Such situation generates social and political crisis, and the presence of this crisis in Ukraine is acknowledged by all.
