Kyiv Council approved the budget

Kiev City Council approved the budget of the capital and the social and economic development program for 2014. It conducted its regular traditional offsite meeting in the Pecherskiy district state administration surrounded by protestors in helmets and masks. Several dozens of militiamen expected for the assault at the entrance to the building and inside the building. However nobody had such plans, the activists came to control the implementation of agreements reached between the members of the opposition and Kyiv Council.
