Counteraction to the victimization of the society on the basis of co-operation between the civil institutes and law-enforcement system

Success of democratic transformations which are carried out in Ukraine is impossible without the relevant legal regulation and practical functioning of the institute of participation of the society in the law-enforcement activity in the matter of the criminality prevention. The institute of legal initiatives of the society [1], in our view, is one of the most important instruments capable to influence really and effectively on the crime wave and the state of providing of public peace in our country.
