Topical issues of creating the military rocketry in Ukraine and approaches to its solution

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the basis of domestic and foreign policy” our state remains the non-aligned status that requires it not to participate in military-political alliances. This political position, from one side, reduces the tension in the region (it means “soft” confrontation between NATO and Russia) but, from the other side, it requires from Ukraine more efforts to create its own defense system which would be enough to control eventual opponent. The scope and the cost of the work in provision of the necessary military combat readiness of the Armed Forces of Ukraine depend primarily on the geopolitical situation in the region, the actual condition of weapons and military equipment, the right amount of modernization and development of new samples.
