Responding twice a year for questions of the very long questionnaire from the Bureau of the Ukrainian movie journalism regarding the situation in the screen art, over and over again you feel deja vu. In the questionnaire, when it goes about the domestic cinema, the squares according to tradition often remain without answer. Indeed, the cinema industry, despite the considerable number of the specialized institutes and institutions, remains the weak unit of Ukrainian life and times.
