Some aspects of legal mechanism of foreclosure on the mortgaged immovable property

Foreclosure on the item of mortgage is now a very urgent problem because it goes about as interests of the creditor, who is interested in the complete satisfaction of one’s own requirements for the account of mortgaged property so as of the debtor, whose guarantee of legitimate interests is an important characteristic feature of the guarantee of legitimacy in general and procedural guarantee in executive, in particular. By general rule the mortgagee-lender has the right to foreclose the object of mortgage in case of failing to execute or inappropriate execution of the main duty by mortgagor debtor that is guaranteed by the mortgage.
