Not quite the jurymen

As it was reported in the May issue of the magazine «Viche», April 30, 2013, at the Lychakivsky regional court of Lviv there was the first in the history of independent Ukraine judistical session with the participation of jurymen and assessors. Three Lviv women, who did not have earlier any relation to justice, together with two professional judges began to decide the fate of the Moroccan that in autumn of last year (by the information of inquest) beat Lviv doctor to the death. Thus, already on the specific example we can see that in Ukraine started to operate national justice, declared and guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine since 1996.
