There is no law which would regulate the youth crediting of habitation. Bills which have for an object to dot one's "i's" and cross one's "t's" contain the row of contradictions

According to the dynamics of growth prices the habitation market of  in Ukraine is inversely proportional to the decreasing of amount of our population, that is why the verification of every letter of new bill is an urgent business. The faster it will be finished and ratified the more money will be saved by the state by crediting an uncheap habitation for youth.
