Expansion of the special reasons for liberation from criminal responsibility is an effective counter weapon to the criminality in Ukraine

Criminality in Ukraine has a permanent tendency to growth. It is predefined, above all things, by the increase of unemployment and the decrease of social standard of living. Consequence of these phenomena is poverty which, in its turn, becomes one of main “catalysts” of growth of the criminality in the state.
