Conceptual principles of providing the law enforcement authorities with the newest facilities of cognition

Conception of the All-Ukrainian project on providing the law enforcement authorities with the newest facilities of cognition is based on the analysis of the present state of judicial system and understanding of the modern role and new assignment of the court in the context of state development, and determines the purpose, aims and tasks, principles and mechanisms, and also the expected results of introduction of the newest facilities of cognition into the sphere of the criminal legal proceeding.
