Overcoming management stress

Modern managers are under the permanent press of shortage of adequate information, deficit of time, absence of standard facilities for problems settlement and strategic programs of development, dynamic professional and social surroundings (institutes of power, legislative sphere, etc.), financial crisis, high level of social risks, dangers of everyday life, absence of social guarantees, etc. As a result the work of a manger is characterized with the row of bright stress-producing features which provoke personal and interpersonal conflicts. It generates the necessity of application of the effective approaches to the management stress.
