National deputy of Ukraine Ihor SHKIRYA: “If a town doesn’t have the perspective of economy development, the miracle won’t happen there”

In the interview for “Viche” deputy Ihor SHKIRYA (district 52 – Debaltseve city, Dzerzhynsk, Kalininskiy district of Gorlivka town) told about the specific features of his electoral district, in particular, about the consequences of reform of coal industry, and explained the causes of the accident at Vuglegirskiy Thermal Electric Power Station. Also, as a chairman of a dedicated sub-committee of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Transport and Communications, he gave his estimation to the legislative innovations which are expected, in particular, in the sphere of motor service in the near future.
