Playing with computer prompts

If while a tournament there would be caught a chess player, who during the game used the help of a computer he would be not only punished with the defeat of the party, but also would be disqualified for a long time.
Still, sometimes there are reports of attempts of the players to use electronic assistant, and organizers of the competitions have now to provide protection against this so-called cheating. However, there is a kind of chess, which prevents these unfair methods.
It is when the opponent is officially allowed (even required) to use computer chess programs.
