The 20th anniversary of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine: the stages of formation and development

Having won independence in 1991 the Ukrainian people created the foundation for formation of the social, economic and legal framework of the development of Ukraine as a democratic legal state. Scientists-lawyers and legal practitioners faced the difficult task - to develop a completely new system and strategy of legislation’ reforming, to identify areas of its implementation, to create an effective system of security and protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms.
