The Euro region “Dnister”: bridges for cooperation

The first year of activity of the Euro region “Dnister”, which includes Vinnichchyna and boundary regions of the Republic of Moldova , showed that this form of cooperation allows local communities of both countries to participate fully in the social life of the European community, despite the fact that neither Ukraine nor Moldova are the members of the European Union.
